Spoonbilled Sandpiper:A rare bird seen in the winter in Sonadia Island in the southern coast of Bangladesh in the Bay of Bengal

Anything that interests us- we can see many dimensions in it, and if we pursue further we may experience a whole new identity, color, horizon and destiny in and around it.

Yesterday when an fb friend had sent me a message asking about Sonadia island in the Bay of Bengal, I was not initially all that impressed, it is a place known for processing of tons of dry fish which caters for the whole country and may be for abroad too, but all those dry fishes are mostly mixed with toxic chemicals for longer preservation against the attack from insects et al.

But this friend was looking out for different thing he was talking about a rare bird which is seen in that island during the winter fall, I was asked if one could stay in that island overnight.

I had very little to answer with my ocean-like ignorance and I quickly inquired and also went through  internet searchings, to my utter surprise I saw the richness about that island with the foreign birds flocking in- in the  winter although these pieces did not appear well in the internet.
This person gave me new outlook about Sonadia which I was lacking and I felt very relaxed to see a person wishing to explore obsessively something new about it, which I didn't  think to be anything of value till now.

I might go there some day and stay overnight  in the sandy beach albeit in a bohemian way, eating fish bar b que-s while looking at the rare winter bird called- spoonbilled sandpiper-during the day and stars in the sea at night.
