WHILE ATTACKING RUSSIA HITLER WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH NAPOLEON'S BLUNDERS BUT HE LATER COMMITTED SUICIDE

There is a Golden rule of war – ‘Never Attack Russia in winter’. Napoleon & Hitler both committed the same blunder. Hitler self proclaimed himself “the greatest military genius of all time” ,but he never learned – whereas he was supposed to gather experience from Napoleon’s mistakes & attack Russia in summer, he changed his first plan to attack Russia in may 1941- to june’41, he declared that he would take over Russia in 3 weeks . He wasted a lot of summer-time in Greece & Yugoslavia & When after a lot of change of mind he attacked Moscow it was already winter, by then he had success of occupying some Russian land without much strategic significance.
( I often wondered was there any secret unwritten deal between Britain & Hitler, Hitler wanted to have a deal with Britain after he took over most of Europe. But Britain did n’t  respond affirmatively. The idea below is some how institutional  on my part -could it be that- probably Britain answered Germany’s approach for a deal by exerting a precondition of diminishing the Bolshevik Russia & that both party would then sit & make a deal , that might have triggered the Nazi leader’s mind towards attacking Russia, after all his 'Mein Kampf' was infested with communist & Jew hatred & he looked at them in togetherness. Otherwise why one of his closest aid – Rudolf Hess went to Britain by air just before he attacked Russia, why did not he attack Britain.
Some say that after successful air attack on Britain in Nov & Dec 1940 he was convinced that Britain will never be a threat to Germany. (http://worldwar2database.com/html/barbarossa.htm/page/0/1).
But that may not be a whole truth, a nation like Britain ruling more than half of the world in 1941, would not take a beating from Germany for ever – they wanted to weaken Bolshevik Russia & finish Germany – or – may be finish both with one trigger.and they succeeded. )
