there must be some reason for the communal violence that are so frequently occurring- as for example only recently in Hathazari- at least a few hundred people took part in destroying the monumental structure in the area- the lokanath temple of nandirhat. the following day was a friday- thousands congregated aft...er juma prayer, age group mosly 15-25 years, they attacked burned destroyed other temples- the kali bari, jagannath temple and many more ancient ones, chanting muslim religious slogans, hindu shops were looted, the house of famous music director satya saha was vandalized.
it is often true that politicians use people to meet their political ends-to fulfill their aim and objectives.
it is true that- hindus feel that they are suffering because they are minority in this country. obviously, in absence of any other interpretation in the above incidence that's how is the feeling amongst most hindus- as selectively the targets were hindus irrespective of their social class, political believe, religious inclination and so forth. so it is a riot targeted exclusively against the minorities.
a few questions we must ask ourselves. why the peaceful co-existence so quickly evaporates, where is the tolerance, why to act as a catalizing agent for eroding the mutual trust in the society, or why to alienate the hindus and oust them from the mainstream- slowly but surely. why so vindictively communal is the bias and and what is the driving force behind it. is it only politics or there is more to it. what remains of life's learning?
some says, interest in- hindu landed properties and businesses, religious fanaticism , politics, - these trio are to be blamed. many carefully leave the society out of it, although the society plays the prime role, at least in part, in starting and accelerating it. untill we try and find out the real causes behind the communal riots like these, its solution will only remain a far cry, and we will only be hypothetical or at best be philosophical about it.
as of now, giving communal colors for everything and targeting hindus has become a worrisome affair these days. and it continues at an ever increasing pace.
the motive is probably more simpler, it is to loosen the love and bindings with motherland so that hindus leave this country and there is some more space, more land, more business and so forth- for the vested groups or for the majority community at large.
