IN BANGLADESH WHEN HINDUS ARE THE VICTIMS, THE POLICE EITHER DO NOT RECORD THE CASE OR THEY PREFER BLAMING A MAD MAN !

IN BANGLADESH WHEN HINDUS ARE THE VICTIMS, THE POLICE  EITHER DO NOT RECORD THE CASE OR THEY  PREFER CALLING THE PERPETRATOR A MAD MAN :  IN THIS FORCE GRADUALLY GETTING COMMUNAL ?
Bangladesh Hindus are under the constant attack of  routine communal violence as it  has become quite an usual phenomenon and casual pattern of national daily life with an expression of hatred and intolerance towards the Hindu Religion .
While I am writing this there were at least two recorded attacks- one  in Sylhet district(20.02.'12), and the other in  Shirajdikhan, Munshiganj(24.02.'12).
In Sylhet a Hindu family was attacked and its long traditional family business has been badly damaged and looted, they have closed the business for want of protection, police of Shah Paran station did not record any case against the rioters even 5 days after the occurrence.
In Munsiganj, the deity- Lord Biswakarma and His carrier the Elephant were damaged- as some one had put fire in the  temple at dead of night. According to  O.C. of the local Police Station a mad man might have committed this mishap !
What a fun, in a country even a madman knows where to concentrate an attack and which is the weakest point.
